At CakeBee, customers are always first and we have a very friendly delivery policy.

All cakes are categorized into Xpress which is 2 hour delivery, Signature which is 6 hour delivery and Handcrafted which is 24 hour delivery. Do book based on your requirements

All COD orders are confirmed via phone/mail post order placement and will be processed only after confirmation from the customer.

We reserve the right to charge any additional delivery charges if the address is changed post order is placed, if re-attempts for delivery are made due to your unavailability or if any delivery charge is not levied where applicable due to technical glitches.

We also reserve the right to cancel your order if :

We cannot reach you to confirm the order due to wrong email/phone number or non responsiveness.

The delivery address provided by you is not serviceable or incorrect.

Unavailability of the items ordered.

Returns/replacements can be done if you are not happy with the purchase due to delivery/quality issues.While we strive to deliver within the slot mentioned, delays may occur due to external factors including weather, traffic and we will not process a cancellation/refund unless the delay is inordinate. We request to check the cake upon delivery and return immediately for any damages. Any damage concerns post delivery will not be accepted as we cannot conclude as to where the error occurred including handling and storage. Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment and will be credited within 3 - 7 working days depending on the mode of payment. We take immense pride in our quality and request you to share your feedback to customerdelight@cakebee.infor any issues. Refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis and processed. Order cancellations will not be accepted for same day delivery orders.
